Extra Details:: Interleukin 23 Receptor (IL-23 R) is an IL-23 specific binding protein that associates with IL-12 Rb1 to form a functional heterodimeric receptor complex. This complex mediates biological activities that are similar to, but distinct from, those induced by IL-12. IL-23 R is expressed by Th17, Th1, and NK cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 0.25-1ug labels 10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Absorption: 488nm Emission: 565-605nm Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
