Extra Details:
Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1211-1436 with an N-Terminal His-Tag from human NUP160, expressed in E. coli. Swiss/UniProt Accession: Q12769 Amino Acid Sequence: SAEEMVTLLV QAGLFDTAIS LCQTFKLPLT PVFEGLAFKC IKLQFGGEAA QAEAWAWLAA NQLSSVITTK ESSATDEAWR LLSTYLERYK VQNNLYHHCV INKLLSHGVP LPNWLINSYK KVDAAELLRL YLNYDLLEEA VDLVSEYVDA VLGKGHQYFG IEFPLSATAP MVWLPYSSID QLLQALGENS ANSHNIALSQ KILDKLEDYQ QKVDKATRDL LYRRTL Predicted Isoelectric Point: 5.1 Predicted Molecular Weight: 29.2kD Accurate Molecular Weight: 31kD as determined by SDS-PAGE reducing conditions Subcellular Location: Nucleus Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -70°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Thermal stability is described by the loss rate of the target protein. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation by incubating the protein at 37°C for 48h, with no obvious degradation or precipitation observed. Protein loss is <5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions.
