Extra Details:: ZBTB2 is a zinc finger protein that also contains BTB (BR-C, ttk and bab) domain. While little is known about this protein or the related protein ZBTB1, ZBTB2 is thought to be phosphorylated in response to the DNA damage, probably by either ATM or ATR. At least two isoforms of ZBTB2 are known to exist. This ZBTB2 antibody will not cross-react with ZBTB1. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: PC-3 Cell Lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
