- Wingless-type MMIV integration site family, member 3A is a protein that in humans is encoded by the WNT3A gene. This gene is a member of the WNT gene family. The gene was assigned to human chromosome 1q42.13.These proteins have been implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. It encodes a protein showing 96% amino acid identity to mouse Wnt3A protein, and 84% to human WNT3 protein, another WNT gene product. UniProt Number: P56704 Gene ID: WNT3A Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
