Extra Details:: Tubulin beta (TUBB) was derived from its corresponding mRNA with a molecular weight of about 55,000. TUBB gene contains 4 exons and located in the HLA class I region at 6p21.3. Paclitaxel resistance in non-small-cell lung cancer associated with beta-tubulin gene mutations. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin). Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Handling: Store at -20˚C for one year. After reconstitution, store at 4˚C for one month. Can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at -20˚C for long term. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
