- Supplied as a lyophilized powder from 1.2% sodium acetate, 2% BSA, 0.01% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 100ul sterile PBS or 1.2% sodium acetate.

- Fibronectin, a glycoprotein present in a soluble dimeric form in plasma, and in a dimeric or multimeric form at the cell surface and in extracellular matrix. Fibronectin is involved in cell adhesion and migration processes including embryogenesis, wound healing, blood coagulation, host defense, and metastasis. Cellular fibronectin is a 550KDa glycoprotein existing as two heterodimers, different from plasma fibronectin in the presence of additional polypeptide segments and in altering morphology of transformed cells and hemaglutination. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin/frozen): 1-2ug/ml Western Blot: 1ug/ml Immunocytochemistry: 1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS or 1.2% sodium acetate. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
