- Glutamate is a major excitatory neurotransmitter. One enzyme central to the metabolism of glutamate is glutamate dehydrogenase GDH1, that catalyzes the reversible deamination of L-glutamate to 2-oxoglutarate using NAD+ or NADP+. Mammalian GDH is composed of six identical subunits, and the regulation of GDH is very complex. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Matched Pairs: Capture: 143065, 143066 Detection:143066, 143065 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
