Extra Details:: Biotinylated histone H4 peptide (a.a. 1-21) asymmetrically di-methylated at Arginine 3. It also contains a C-terminal GG linker, followed by a biotinylated Lys. Application: Study enzyme kinetics, and screen small molecular inhibitors of PRMT for drug discovery and HTS applications. Other applications not tested. Concentration: 500ul @ 200uM AA Sequence: SG-R(Me2a)-GKGGKGLGKGGAKRHRKVGG-K(Biotin) Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C.
