Application: Suitable for use in the study enzyme kinetics, and screen small molecular inhibitors of Histone 3 (K27) methyltransferases for drug discovery and HTS applications. Other applications not tested. Concentration: 200ul @ 400uM Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for 6 months.
