Extra Details:: Integrin Alpha M (also known as MAC-1 and CD11b) is a 1142 amino acid protein expressed in various antigen-presenting cells of the immune system, including microglial cells of the central nervous system. This is the same protein that is recognized by the Ox-42 mouse monoclonal antibody. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: 1:2000-1:5000 Immunocytochemistry: 1:2000-1:5000 Western Blot: 1:2000-1:5000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
