- Extra Details:
- MCM2, also called CDCL1 and BM28, is a nuclear protein that allows DNA to undergo a single round of replication per cell cycle. It is required for the entry in S phase and for cell division. Increasing levels of MCM2 have been linked to increasing risk levels in some types of carcinoma. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:500 ELISA: 1:40,000 Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
