- FAND3, also known as AN1-type zinc finger protein 3, contains DNA-binding domain and has a wide variety of functions, most of which encompass some form of transcriptional activation or repression. ZFAND3 is a 251aa protein containing two AN1-type zinc fingers and two UIM (ubiquitin-interacting motif) repeats. Conserved in animals and plants, the AN1-type zinc finger domain is often found in proteins that contain a ubiquitin- like domain, which suggests a role in the ubiquitination pathway. MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
