Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. TRAPPC4 is part of the multisubunit TRAPP (transport protein particle) complex and interacts with SDC2. It may play a role in vesicular transport from endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi. TRAPP proteins are involved in tethering during vesicle transport. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 30ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
