- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. The DNA-binding factor TFE-3 contains adjacent helix-loop-helix (HLH) and leucine zipper (LZ) domains flanked by an upstream basic region. TFE-3 is ubiquitously expressed and can directly associates with DNA as either homodimers or heterodimers formed with two related proteins, TFEB or TFEC. TFE-3 binds and activates the microE3 motif of the immunoglobulin heavy-chain enhancer to induce B- cell-specific gene transcription and DNA recombination. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
