Extra Details:: Component of the cytoplasmic fibrils of the nuclear pore complex implicated in nuclear protein import. Its N-terminus is involved in activation of oncogenic kinases. Plays a role in the mitotic spindle checkpoint. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
