Extra Details:
T-box transcription factors contain a novel type of DNA-binding domain, the T-box domain, which are encoded by an ancient gene family. Four T-box genes, omb, Trg, org-1, and H15, have been identified in Drosophila, whereas in mammals the T-box gene family has expanded, and 12 human T-box genes have been isolated. Most T-box genes have discrete spatial and temporal patterns of expression during embryogenesis. Even though the function of human T-Box gene 6 (TBX6) is still unknown, knockout experiments in mice indicate that Tbx6 is important for specification of paraxial mesoderm structures and required for their normal patterning. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. AA Sequence: SFHRVKLTNSTLDPHGHLILHSMHKYQPRIHLVRAAQLCSQHWGGMASFRFPETTFISVTAYQNPQITQLKIAANPFAKGFRENGRNCKRERDARVKRKLRGPEPAATE Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.  For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.  Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
