- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Brachyury is a 435aa containing embryonic nuclear transcription factor binding to the palindromic T-site. It binds to the T-box in the N-terminus to regulate the genes required for mesodermal differentiation. It is the earliest indicator of mesoderm formation and differentiation. Brachyury is expressed during gastrula and neurula stages in involuting mesoderm and in the notochord. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
