Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. STAP1 functions as a docking protein acting downstream of Tec tyrosine kinase in B cell antigen receptor signaling. The protein is directly phosphorylated by Tec in vitro where it participates in a postive feedback loop, increasing Tec activity. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
