The encoded protein interacts with another transcription factor, myocyte enhancer factor 2, to activate transcription of this gene. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
