It may have pleiotropic effects in the tisues expressed during development. Efficient DNA binding requires dimerisation with another bHLH protein. It forms a heterodimer with ARNT. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
