- Extra Details:
- The human RAL proteins share more than 50% similarity and some properties with the ras proteins. One member of this family, RALA, maps to 7p. A second member of the family, RALB, encoding a GTP-binding protein is located on 2cen-q13. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
