Extra Details:: The Sec4/Rab-related small GTP-binding proteins are involved in the regulation of intracellular vesicular transport. Mss4 stimulates GTP-GDP exchange in Sec4 and Rab and binds to a subset of genetically related Rab proteins. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
