Extra Details:: RAB4A belongs to the small GTPase superfamily. RAB4A has been shown to interact with STX4, RAB11FIP1, RABEP1, CD2AP and KIF3B. Rab4 is also involved in the translocation of glucose transporter (Glu4) in adipocytes in response to insulin. Overexpression of Rab4 causes a redistribution of receptors on plasma membrane versus endocytic compartments. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
