Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Sandwich ELISA: The detection limit is ~0.03ng/ml as a capture antibody. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml detects PTF1A using immunoperoxidase staining on formalin fixed paraffin embedded human esophagus. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
