- Has a DNA polymerase activity on nicked double-stranded DNA and on a singly primed DNA template. The enzyme activity is resistant to aphidicolin, and inhibited by dideoxynucleotides. Exhibites a single-stranded DNA-dependent ATPase activity. Could be involved in the repair of interstrand cross-links. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
