Extra Details:: Placenta growth factor belongs to the PDGF/VEGF growth factor family. It is a secreted N-glycosylated protein with roles in angiogenesis and endothelial cell growth. At least 3 isoforms are produced by alternative splicing; PIGF-1, PIGF-2 and PIGF-3. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
