- PLAA stimulates human neutrophil aggregation and release of lysosomal enzymes, superoxide, and eicosanoids. It plays an important role in the regulation of specific inflammatory processes connected to such diseases as inflammatory bowel disease, pancreatitis, rheumatoid arthritis, and cutaneous malignant melanoma. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
