Extra Details:: PLAA stimulates human neutrophil aggregation and release of lysosomal enzymes, superoxide, and eicosanoids. It plays an important role in the regulation of specific inflammatory processes connected to such diseases as inflammatory bowel disease, pancreatitis, rheumatoid arthritis, and cutaneous malignant melanoma. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
