- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. This gene transcribes naturally-occurring mRNAs that are co-transcribed products of the neighboring JMJD7 and PLA2G4B genes. Incompletely processed read-through transcripts from these two loci are abundantly expressed in most tissues, but the function of the predicted protein product has not yet been determined. Alternative splicing of this gene results in different transcript variants, some of which are candidates for nonsense-mediated decay (NMD). Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
