- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. PIM3 is a memberof the Ser/Thr protein kinase family that may be involved in cell cycle progression and anti-apoptosis process. This protein has been implicated in proliferation of human hepatoma cell lines. PIM3 is widely expressed, with the exception of no expression observed in colon, thymus, and small intestine. PIM3 is expressed in human hepatoma cell lines but not in normal liver tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Sandwich FLISA: The detection limit is ~0.03ng/ml as a capture antibody. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
