MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Phosphogluconate dehydrogenase is an enzyme in the pentose phosphate pathway. It forms ribulose 5-phosphate from 6-phosphogluconate. Phosphogluconate dehydrogenase deficiency is a hereditary disease characterized by abnormally low levels of the 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase enzyme (abbreviated 6PGD). It is a metabolic enzyme involved in the pentose phosphate pathway, especially important in red blood cell metabolism. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
