- NgCAM related Cell Adhesion Molecule (NrCAM), also known as Bravo, belongs to the L1 family of transmembrane cell adhesion molecules. NgCAM interacts homotypically as well as heterotypically with contactin, TAG-1/contactin-2, neurofascin, and receptor tyrosine phosphatase beta (RPTP beta). NgCAM is involved in axon growth and guidance in sensory neruons and commissural axons of chick spinal cord. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
