- Nidogen-1 is a member of the nidogen family of basement membrane glycoproteins. It interacts with several other components of basement membranes, and may play a role in cell interactions with the extracellular matrix . Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
