- Phosphatase that acts on lipids with a phosphoinositol headgroup. Acts as a negative regulator of KCNN4/KCa3.1 channel activity in CD4+ T-cells possibly by decreasing intracellular levels of phosphatidylinositol-3 phosphatase. Negatively regulates proliferation of reactivated CD4+ T-cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
