Extra Details:: Matrilin-2 is part of the Matrilin family of secreted extracelluar matrix proteins that consist of Matrilin -1 to Matrilin-4. Matrilin-2 encodes a member of the von Willebrand factor A domain protein family. It is involved in matrix assembly and development of filamentous networks in the extracellular matrices of various tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
