- LIMD1 is a transcriptional regulator that inhibits E2F-mediated transcription, and suppresses the expression of the majority of genes with E2F1-responsive elements. May act as a tumor suppressor by inhibiting cell proliferation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
