- Extra Details:
- Ki67 is a cell cycle associated protein expressed from G1 through the end of M phase. This antibody will help detect the Ki67 antigen and may be useful in the assessment of cell proliferation. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
