Extra Details:: JAM-2 is a novel junctional adhesion molecule and a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily molecules. The JAM-2 transcript is highly expressed during embryogenesis and is detected in lymph node and Peyer's patches RNA of adult mice. JAM-2 participates interendothelial junctional complexes. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
