- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Integrins are heterodimers composed of non-covalently associated transmembrane alpha and beta subunits. Most integrin receptors bind ligands, components of the extracellular matrix, including fibronectin, collagen and vitronectin. Ligands serve to cross-link or cluster integrins by binding to adjacent integrin receptors. In addition to mediating cell adhesion and cytoskeletal organization, integrins function as signaling receptors. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
