It Binds to the interferon-stimulated response element (ISRE) of the MHC class I promoter and binds the immunoglobulin lambda light chain enhancer, together with PU.1. This protein probably plays a role in ISRE-targeted signal transduction mechanisms specific to lymphoid cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
