- MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. IRAK1, an IRAK type protein kinase, is a signal transducer for the immune response Toll-like receptor and interleukin-1 (IL-1) receptor signaling cascades. IRAK1 is recruited to the IL-1 receptor, phosphorylated and progressively degraded in response to IL-1 induction. The protein also has the ability to autophosphorylate. IRAK1 is immediately downstream of the MyD88 adapter protein and immediately upstream of TRAF6. IRAK1 (-/-) mice have impaired responses to interleukin-18. At least two mRNA transcript variants have been identified - 2 and 3.6kb. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, FLISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
