Extra Details:: Interleukin-13 (IL-13) is an immunoregulatory protein produced by activated T lymphocytes. The biological activities of IL-13 include the stimulation of B cell proliferation and immunoglobulins production. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissues Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
