- Interleukin-13 (IL-13) is an immunoregulatory protein produced by activated T lymphocytes. The biological activities of IL-13 include the stimulation of B cell proliferation and immunoglobulins production. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissues Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
