Extra Details:
HSPE1 is a major heat shock protein which functions as a chaperonin. Its structure consists of a heptameric ring which binds to another heat shock protein in order to form a symmetric, functional heterodimer which enhances protein folding in an ATP-dependent manner. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Sandwich FLISA: The detection limit is ~0.1ng/ml as a capture antibody Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Amino Acid Sequence: MAGQAFRKFLPLFDRVLVERSAAETVTKGGIMLPEKSQGKVLQATVVAVGSGSKGKGGEIQPVSVKVGDKVLLPEYGGTKVVLDDKDYFLFRDGDILGKYVD Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
