Modulates hedgehog signaling in several cell types including brain and lung through direct interaction with members of the hedgehog family. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
