Extra Details:: Promotes absorption of the essential vitamin cobalamin (Cbl) in the ileum. After interaction with CUBN, the GIF-cobalamin complex is internalized via receptor-mediated endocytosis. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
