Extra Details:: GCET2, commonly known as germinal center B cell expressed transcript 2 protein, is a 178aa protein expressed in diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and several germinal center (GC) like lymphoma cell lines (at protein level). It is highly expressed in normal GC lymphocytes and GC derived malignancies, as well as being present in the thymus and spleen. In B cells expression of the HGAL gene is specifically induced by interleukin 4. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
