- GPR34 is an Orphan-A GPCR with an unknown ligand. It is similar to the P2Y receptor subfamily. GPR34 has been reported to be expressed in the brain, particularly in caudate, frontal cortex, putamen, and thalamus, as well as in eye, liver, and testis. ESTs have been isolated from adipose, B-cell/lung/testis, eye, liver/spleen, placenta, tonsil, and uterus libraries. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunofluorescence.
