Extra Details:: MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. The transcription factor Foxa2 (also called hepatocyte nuclear factor 3beta, [HNF-3beta) is implicated in blood glucose homeostasis. Overexpression of Foxa2 decrease heptocyte glycogen levels and reduce expression of glucoe homeostasis genes. The loss of Foxa2 function leads to up-regulation of hexokinase (HK) I and II and glucokinase (HK-IV) mRNA expression. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, FLISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
