- May initiate a process leading to the deglycation of fructoselysine and of glycated proteins. May play a role in the phosphorylation of 1-deoxy-1-morpholinofructose (DMF), fructoselysine, fructoseglycine, fructose and glycated lysozyme. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
